Refund & Service Policy

1. Service-Based Business (No Traditional Refunds)

CONNEXA Integrated Solutions provides on-site and service-based technology support. Once a scheduled service has been completed, the service is considered delivered.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If something we worked on is not functioning properly after your service:

Covered Under Our Service Guarantee

We will return and fix it at no additional cost.

This applies only to:

  • The original service performed

This does not cover:

  • New issues
  • Additional devices
  • Changes made after the visit

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise stated
  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled within the allowed window

4. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with at least 12 hours notice: no charge
  • Same-day cancellations: may incur a $25 cancellation fee
  • No-shows: may be charged a service fee

5. Membership Plans

  • Membership fees are billed monthly
  • Payments are non-refundable once billed
  • Unused membership benefits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan.
  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

6. Additional Work & Charges

  • Services are based on the original scope
  • Additional devices, time, or issues may result in additional charges
  • Approval will be requested before proceeding

7. Third-Party Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Internet provider issues
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Account or service restrictions outside our control
