Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CONNEXA Integrated Solutions. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

CONNEXA Integrated Solutions provides in-home and remote tech services including device setup, data transfer, troubleshooting, WiFi configuration, smart home setup, and related services.

2. Appointment & Access

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.
  • Someone 18+ must be present during the visit.
  • Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or fees.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Membership plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • All sales are final unless covered under our service guarantee.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours notice.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged a service fee.

5. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Services are limited to the agreed scope at booking.
  • Additional devices, issues, or time may require additional charges.
  • Some issues may depend on third-party providers (internet carriers, device manufacturers, etc.), which are outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If something we worked on is not functioning properly after the visit, we will return and fix it at no additional cost.

This guarantee:

  • Applies only to the original service performed
  • Does not cover new issues, additional devices, or changes made after the visit

7. Data Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
  • CONNEXA Integrated Solutions is not liable for data loss during transfers, setups, or troubleshooting.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • CONNEXA Integrated Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hardware failures, or manufacturer defects.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Remote Support

  • Remote services require a stable internet connection.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by connectivity limitations.

10. Membership Plans

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.
  • Unused membership benefits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan.
  • CONNEXA Integrated Solutions reserves the right to adjust plan features with notice.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • The environment is unsafe
  • The request is outside our scope
  • There is inappropriate or abusive behavior

12. Changes to Terms

CONNEXA Integrated Solutions may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
